The Process
From Raw Materials to Finished Products
Six controlled stages stand between raw material intake and a sealed export carton.

Raw Materials
Nonwoven fabric rolls, films, lids and lotion ingredients are received, checked against specifications and stored in controlled conditions.

Production
Lotion is mixed in controlled batches while converting lines cut, fold and wet the sheets to the target count and moisture level.

Quality Control
In-process checks cover weight, moisture, sealing integrity and print quality — recorded for every production run.

Packaging
Packs are sealed with stickers or fitted with resealable lids, date-coded, then packed into printed shipping cartons.

Final Inspection
Finished goods are inspected and released batch by batch, with samples retained for reference.
- 06
Dispatch
Cartons are palletized or floor-loaded per the order plan and dispatched to local partners or export containers.
